The hexagonal swing: a classic with a high communicative value

Photo

There is no need to reinvent this attractive piece of play equipment: the hexagonal swing provides a high degree of communication in addition to the joy of swinging and swaying. The children can swing towards each other, look at each other or – and this is real fun – even touch each others’ feet.
Jumping off is not possible due to the vertically mounted tyres. The hexagonal swing is suitable for children from 6 years on and particularly popular with young people. With its high play value it enhances public playgrounds, school playgrounds, leisure areas and pedestrian precincts (!). The
required space including safety distances is approximately 13 x 13 metres. High-quality universal joints, hot-dip galvanized chains or on request V2A stainless steel chains as well as the boiler pressure impregnation of the decorticated posts in accordance with DIN 68800 ensure a high safety standard and durability.
