The opening ceremony of the Bavaria-wide campaign for nature enthusiasts with guided nature tours and other activities, which took place in the amusement park, saw model Katharina Grüner, who posed for the 2009 “Young Farmers Calendar” as a pretty gardener, as a guest.
The “Beerenschleuder” is a completely new and patented piece of children’s play equipment which has been entirely developed and manufactured in Denmark. It is suitable for children aged four to ten years and challenges children’s sense of balance and motor skills. This children’s play equipment is made of dyed polyethylene mainly derived from crude oil, which makes the play equipment environmentally friendly. Its base and brackets are made of surface-treated high-grade steel. The bracket of the “Beerenschleuder” can spin around a full 360 degrees. The same goes for the actual dome. The result is a three-dimensional rotating motion. The new amusement park attraction “Beerenschleuder“ has been tested and approved by the TÜV Product Service (TÜV/GS) in accordance with the current European standards for playground equipment, EN-1176.
