New equipment to delight the senses from Timberplay.
Timberplay are delighted to introduce a group of innovative new pieces developed to engage the mind and enthral the senses.
The renowned play specialists have enhanced their extensive range of inclusive, sensory equipment with a range of Kaleidoscopic pieces, which will prove attractive to children but be inviting to all ages of adults, including parents and grandparents.
Timberplay’s parent company, Richter Spielergate has an enviable range of sensory products. This is however, the first time the company has introduced a selection of games. Paul Collings, Managing Director at Timberplay comments: “The addition of games and puzzles provides a lovely contrast to our high energy running, climbing, swinging and spinning equipment. The children can take some time out to play a game with their peers or carers. Functionality is key with these games, they have been manufactured to ensure they can withstand the rigours of the UK’s unpredictable weather. This means their play value will not diminish over time.”
With the new ‘Four-in-a-Row’ game, Richter have devised a ‘finger track’, which prevents the removal of the play pieces. Three Kaleidoscopic pieces new to the Timberplay range are; The Open Kaleidoscope, the Mirror Cylinder and the Star Kaleidoscope. These will complement play equipment in a park, but also work well as standalone pieces within urban settings, encouraging and allowing passers-by to take a fresh look at their surroundings. For further information on any of these new pieces of kit please call Timberplay on 0114 282 3474.
