Melos GmbH: New product improves artificial football turf

Melos GmbH, based in Melle, Lower Saxony and one of the leading international producers of coloured EPDM rubber granules and special plastic compounds, is bringing an innovative new product to market.

The Infill Bionic Fibre® granules now offer a financially attractive and sustainable alternative to conventional infill granules for artificial turf pitches. In comparison with other granules currently available, Infill Bionic Fibre® granules for artificial turf pitches stand out for their fibrous, irregular and natural‐looking structure. "Our new product is a very robust, long‐lasting, all‐weather, natural‐looking infill material", says Jörg Siekmann, managing director of Melos GmbH. "In addition, the material gives players the feeling of playing on a natural surface – almost like on real grass. Pitch managers also benefit as it requires less
maintenance and is less resource‐intensive."
More information on Infill Bionic Fibre® is available on www.bionic‐fibre.com. About Melos GmbH: www.melos‐gmbh.com/de
