Let the water flow – for Euroflex shock-absorbent surfacing systems

Summer is coming – Euroflex Aqua is already there! Water play for children becomes safe!
Summer is just around the corner and children are once again flocking to open-air swimming pools and especially to water parks. As slippery floors are often installed there that make playing for children dangerous, the Kraiburg Relastec GmbH & Co. KG company has come up with something really special: the Euroflex® Aqua slab. It has been specifically developed for use in wet areas and thanks to its special properties, it is extremely resistant to increased wear and tear caused for example by splashing water under water fountains. With conventional impact protection slabs, the constant impact of the water hitting the floor may cause granules to detach and the slab surface to show signs of wear. The Euroflex Aqua slab, however, easily withstands the water due to its higher degree of compaction. Moreover, its resistance to salt water and chlorine water as well as its excellent non-slip properties make it a real all-rounder for water areas. There are no limitations imposed on architects’ or project managers’ creativity thanks to the varied design possibilities with 20 colours as well as with glitter or as a blended colour in two or three shades!
The slab promises to be a great success not only because of its attractive design but primarily because of the happy and satisfied children who don’t have to fear any serious injuries in future by slipping on wet tiles or by falling on hard ground. They can give free rein to their play instincts instead and romp around as much as they like. (www.kraiburg-relastec.com/euroflex)
