Bird’s nest tree in elegant black/ grey and the large net seesaw were crowd pullers at FSB

Photo

At the end of October, Huck Seiltechnik presented variants and new products to the interested trade visitors at the FSB trade fair in Cologne, like the elegant bird’s nest tree with black ropes and the sturdy, large net seesaw which delights young and old alike.
An eye-catcher at the large Huck stand in Hall 3.2 was the large bird’s nest tree made of black and grey ropes, suspended from a matt black framework: in the maxi version with a total height of 6.00 metres, a bird’s nest of 1.90 metres in diameter towers at a height of 2.80 metres just like an eagle’s nest overlooking several small bird’s nests. Exciting rope combinations consisting of climbing chimneys, climbing bridges, rope ladders, climbing nests and original Huck honeycomb nests provide plenty of fun and thrills.
The Original Huck Bird’s Nest® convinced trade visitors with maximum safety: A close-meshed chain link mat, on which children sit, prevents the little ones from slipping through and from poking their arms or legs through when playing on the swing. The nest seat is smooth and gently rounded to ensure that the “fledglings” sit or lie ergonomically and feel safe and secure in the Bird’s Nest®. The solid ring has a rope wrapping with extra thick padding to ensure that the kids can play safely.
Seesaws provide plenty of fun for both young and old: as a variant to the successful net seesaw with laminated douglas fir beams, Huck presented a net seesaw with a high-quality hot-dip galvanized and lacquered steel frame designed to meet highest demands and withstand maximum stress at FSB. The play item is 4 metres long and 90 cm wide. A sturdy seesaw mechanism guarantees a good rollicking fun ride. Retaining brackets at both ends as well as retaining ropes ensure safe play for both children and adults – even if the seesaw ride gets a bit wild. Two rubber tyres set into the ground specifically absorb the impact.
In the steel frame there is a net made from well-known and very rugged steel wire ropes (16 mm in diameter, six-stranded, with steel core), which is available in green, yellow, red, black, grey, hemp or
multicoloured. A new addition to the Huck net seesaw range is a version which comes with an additional net roof: this means that the seesaw can also be used as a crawl tunnel, a net bed or a resting place enclosed by nets.
Michael Roth, Sales Manager at Huck Seiltechnik GmbH: “At FSB,many customers and interested trade visitors seized the opportunityto learn about our new products. Contrary to our expectations, of all days of the event the last one was rather productive regarding the number of visitors and the quality of talks.”
