Initiative for people aged 50 years and older: “Vital in Deutschland” (“Fit and active in Germany”)
The internet platform www.vitalindeutschland.de was launched in June this year and is targeted at people aged 50 years and older. With just a few clicks, users of the online platform will find target group-oriented offerings and services of their local authority from the fields of education, citizens’ service, voluntary work, leisure time, culture, travel and sports. People aged 50 years and older thus get better access to municipal services and local activities and amenities. During the pilot phase, vid will focus on North Rhine-Westphalia. To present, over 200 North Rhine-Westphalian districts, cities, towns and municipalities present more than 2,600 services, activities and amenities on the website. Within the framework of the partnership, portal users will, among other things, be able to retrieve the location of playfit parcours.
