New exercise concept – an alternative to working out at the gym

Photo

Depending on your fitness level, you can do some sensible outdoor sports by performing simple stretching and resistance exercises. A detailed instruction board explains users how to improve their fitness with the 4Fcircle Trimmfit equipment. By providing specific stimulus, you can work and build all major muscle groups.
The first installations in Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin and Hanover have met with great enthusiasm and have attracted the interest and attention of the people there engaging in sports.
The activity area consists of fully welded stainless steel components, which are mounted onto a pre-fabricated foundation. The concrete slab is covered by safety mats. The training zone is completely pre-assembled and only needs to be installed. The equipment is designed for use in public spaces and is accordingly TÜV-tested.
