Photo

Having listened to feedback from existing and potential customers, the buying process has been made easier and simpler, to offer quick and easy access to the full range of outdoor play resources from Playgarden. The large selection of outdoor play resources have been simplified and clearly illustrate how they fit into the requirements of the EYFS framework, focusing on the learning and development each product can offer children.
As well as a simplified buying process, the new website also provides straightforward information about the Playgarden Design service, including case studies from an enviable portfolio of successful designs, and Playgarden continue to sell their large range of Richter Spielgerate GmbH.
Playgarden are celebrating continued growth since launching just 18 months ago. A winning combination of professional landscape design, implementation, outdoor play equipment and outdoor play resources gives customers a one-stop shop for all their outdoor play needs and it is hoped that the new look and feel of our website will enhance the buying experience further.
Commenting about the changes to the website Ros Harker, Business Manager at Playgarden says, “Listening to the feedback from our customers we knew we wanted to simplify the buying process and make it easier for people to find what they are looking for. In addition to making the categorisation easier to understand we have also added a search function, so that people can type in exactly what they are looking for and be taken to it straightaway. To assist practitioners we have included information relating to the curriculum and how the products can help within the key stages of learning. Schools continue to move away from paper based catalogues and use more online materials which is why it is even more important to get its website looking as customer friendly as possible.”
