All – a bench with many possibilities to train and keep fit

Photo

“All” bench enhances open spaces and at the same time satisfies people’s need to keep physically fit.
What objectives are pursued by promoting mobility and physical activity?
It is important to lead a healthier lifestyle and to maintain some degree of functional independence. Raising people’s health awareness is given priority! Another objective is the development of environments for social interaction.
The “All” bench helps pursue these objectives.
The components of the “All” series have been developed to improve the motor skills of the elderly with simple exercises.
The mobility exercises play an important role in relieving articular pain. The strengthening exercises play a key role in preventing falls and help slow down functional degeneration (muscle atrophy). (www.lappset.de / www.euroform.de)
