Meet your new personal trainer

Playdale are proud to introduce their brand new outdoor fitness range; Training
Buddies.

Photo

Ergonomically designed with users in mind, Training Buddies are manufactured from
durable CGL and have an eye-catching abstract appearance. They can be installed as a complete set to form an exercise trail; or in isolation as individual training solutions to help users improve their posture, positioning and technique.
Unlike other outdoor exercise equipment, usage is limited only by users’ imagination,
with a full circuit boasting well over 100 different exercises.
Training Buddies form a key part of Playdale’s new Wellness Park, which has been
designed to promote the benefits of outdoor play and exercise on users of all ages,
after a recent study found that adults were more likely to enjoy and repeat physical
activity when taken outdoors1. Training Buddies make getting fit accessible, fun,
personalised and technically accurate all at the same time!
More information on the Wellness Park and Training Buddies can be found in the
brand new Wellness from Playdale brochure. (www.playdale.co.uk)
