[kop] IJslander launches mobile application

[evt streamer] technology and innovation come together in a handy app

Photo

The app, which is suitable for all common systems used on smartphones and tablets, contains the latest products on offer, allows a quote to be requested directly, and more. The official release is on 14 October, although the app is now already available.
Manager John Franken: 'With this free application we provide an important contribution to our objective of being as innovative and up to date as possible in all our communication with the customer.' The company from Oldebroek, which has experienced enormous growth since its foundation in 1996, has always attached great value to this objective.
With this app in one's pocket, it is possible to view the most recent IJslander products on offer, regardless of time and location. Once a product is selected, a comprehensive list of specifications is shown. 'These include dimensions, functions, article number and related products. Being able to filter products on the basis of keywords makes it even easier and quicker to find what you're looking for,' explains John. 'It is also possible to request an offer directly or ask questions using a contact form.'
The brand-new app from IJslander also has a favourites list functionality. 'The advantage of this is that it is easy to later find products that you have viewed previously. It also allows you to quickly compare particular products with one another.'
Without constant innovation the company would not have been able to develop during its 15-year history into what is now. Continually looking ahead and identifying trends is the motto. John: 'Apps are an undeniable trend. And we believe they are an essential addition to the communications of any effective company.' The IJslander app is available from various app stores and via www.ijslander.com/app.
