The freely accessible fitness trails can be used at any time and they are to help people incorporate more exercise and physical activity into their daily lives – without any constraint or obligation. These “activity spaces” provide a range of fun-based exercises 24 hours a day and can be used by anyone irrespective of age and fitness level. The instructions are clear, straightforward and comprehensible, making the exercises easy to follow for professional training, while improving co-ordination, strength, mobility and mobility. 4F stands for Fit, Free, Fun and Function.
‘The fitness trails are a motivating exercise concept for anyone wanting to do themselves and their health some good with functional outdoor exercises that are fun and that can easily be incorporated into the daily routine,’ says Karin Fehres, Director of Sports Development at the DOSB. ‘They are a perfect and varied complement to the already existing range of sports activities offered by the more than 91,000 clubs and associations or to the jogging and walking trails in forests, on club premises, sports or school grounds.’
playparc will use the “Recommended by DOSB” rating for the 4Fcircle product and brand communication and will use it on the equipment and labelling in question. For more information, please visit www.playparc.de.
