It all depends on the right care and maintenance

- Sandmaster cleans and repairs synthetic surfaces

Photo

To ensure that the athletes can still do their sports without risk of injury, the surface needs to be cleaned and repaired if required. The Sandmaster company, which has become well-known by its 30 years of experience, in particular in the field of sand cleaning, has realized this and offers the cleaning and repair of synthetic surfaces.
Rain, wind and other environmental factors lead to a build-up of dirt particles and other impurities in the open porous structure of synthetic surfaces. As a result, the pores of the surface become clogged and the surface hardens. Drainage properties are impaired and moss and algae growth occurs, which, if the worst comes to the worst, may lead to the athletes’ getting injured. Besides, the elastic properties of the surface are reduced and cracks form. In order to prolong the durability of high-quality synthetic surfaces, regular intensive cleaning is advisable to remove underlying dirt.
The synthetic surfaces are cleaned using high-pressure jets and rotating nozzles. Great importance is being attached to an environmentally friendly process that does not require the addition of chemicals. In the same work step, drain water is extracted by suction and collected in a special tank. Regular cleaning intervals as well as the use of uniform pressure ensure gentle cleaning of the surface.
Not only the cleaning, but also the repair of synthetic surfaces does not pose a problem for the specialists of the Sandmaster company. The damaged or defective areas are professionally removed and refilled with high-quality granules. Fresh line marking, which makes the ground or court look as good as new, completes the range of services. (www.sandmaster.de)
