Maintenance of sports equipment: Quality guarantees safety.

A group of experienced sports equipment manufacturers joined forces with the most significant consumer representative and founded the “Gütegemeinschaft Sportgeräte e.V.” (quality control of sports equipment) which – under the pub-lic-law-governed, well-known roof of the RAL (Deutsches Institut für Gütesi-cherung und Kennzeichnung e.V. – German Institute for quality control and la-belling) – issued the quality control legislation, RAL-GZ 945.
